About Theresa

Hi there! I’m Theresa, the founder of McQuinn Creative.


I help brands build and grow affiliate programs with structure, intention, and long-term potential.


I’ve spent over a decade working in affiliate marketing across B2B, D2C, and SaaS. I’ve built programs from the ground up, taken over established ones that needed clearer direction, and worked closely with internal teams to create systems they can actually maintain.


I’m strategic by nature and practical in execution. I like clear plans, honest conversations, and work that leads somewhere. I care about partnership quality, clean processes, and progress you can see and measure.


I’m based on the South Shore of Masssachusetts and work with brands across North America. Outside of work, I’m a mom of two, usually juggling schedules, spreadsheets, and cold coffee. That real-life balance shapes how I work. I value efficiency, clarity, and getting things done without unnecessary noise.


At the end of the day, my goal is simple. I want your affiliate program to feel organized, intentional, and finally moving forward.
